I need help with my daughter

I am looking for somebody to care for my daughter. Ideally, I would like to find somebody long term. Responsibilities would include but not be limited to cleaning, cooking, laundry, errand running, and appointments. I work nights and sleep days. I work nights, weekends, and my schedule always varies. I need somebody with a lot of flexibility. I know my schedules about a month in advance. Please let me know if you are interested.
